Return Policy


All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 15 days from the original invoice date for a refund providing the package is unopened or the product is defective. A return authorization is required for all returns. There will be a 15% restocking fee on any product. Customers must inform Mac Business Solutions of any order discrepancy within 15 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Custom-Built Computer Configurations

Because of the custom-made nature of these systems, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns on custom-built computers (custom-built computers are any computer where any of its components has been upgraded from the standard, base option), however if you're not happy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You must use a trackable shipping service to return your order. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
